CLAIMS PROCEDURE

To claim your replacement tyre(s) you are required to obtain pre-authorization by completing the claim form.

You may claim, for any reason, after a waiting period of 3 (three) months up to 4 (four) years from the date of signature of the Tyre Aid Agreement.

​

Claims shall be processed within 3 (three) business days, and you will receive notification of the approval of your claim.

​

After approval of your claim, you will be directed for purchase and fitment of your tyres to one of our designated suppliers close to your vicinity.
